Equipment

  • Scissors
  • Kobalt folding saw
  • Fine sandpaper
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 form tube
  • 2 balloon
  • Spray paint any color
  • Gift wrap optional to decorate tube
  • Confetti of your choice

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the 8″ x 48″ tube form in half using a Kobalt folding saw. This gives you two poppers from one tube!
  • Smooth out the cut edges with fine-grade sandpaper to ensure they’re even and splinter-free.
  • Use painter’s tape to create a design or pattern on your tube. Then, spray paint in thin, even coats until you achieve your desired look. Let the paint dry completely before moving to the next step.
  • Cut about 1.5″ off the end of a large, 36″ balloon. Stretch the cut opening tightly over one end of the tube, ensuring it’s secure. Then, tie a knot at the balloon's end to create a handle for your confetti popper.
  • Optional: Use a strip of gift wrap or trim of your choice and secure it with a glue gun for a polished, finished look.
  • Now, fill the tube with your favorite confetti, pull back on the balloon knot, and let it go to unleash the fun!
