Start by cutting the 8″ x 48″ tube form in half using a Kobalt folding saw. This gives you two poppers from one tube!
Smooth out the cut edges with fine-grade sandpaper to ensure they’re even and splinter-free.
Use painter’s tape to create a design or pattern on your tube. Then, spray paint in thin, even coats until you achieve your desired look. Let the paint dry completely before moving to the next step.
Cut about 1.5″ off the end of a large, 36″ balloon. Stretch the cut opening tightly over one end of the tube, ensuring it’s secure. Then, tie a knot at the balloon's end to create a handle for your confetti popper.
Optional: Use a strip of gift wrap or trim of your choice and secure it with a glue gun for a polished, finished look.
Now, fill the tube with your favorite confetti, pull back on the balloon knot, and let it go to unleash the fun!
