Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella or any other hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs until smooth and well combined. A hand mixer can make this step easier, but a good whisking by hand works too!
  • Sift in the flour and espresso powder (if using) and fold it gently into the Nutella mixture with a rubber spatula. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the brownies tough. A few streaks of flour are okay.
  • Stir in the milk chocolate chips.
  • Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
