- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz amber agave syrup
- 1 pineapple slice
- Salt for rim
Salt the rim by pouring kosher salt onto a plate. Run a lime slice around the glass rim, then dip it into the salt.
Juice all the fruits: pineapple and lemon.
Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
Double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Add the pineapple slice garnish, serve, and enjoy!
