Peach Daiquiri Recipe
This Peach Daiquiri recipe is a rendition of the classic daiquiri. It's made with fresh peaches for a fruity and refreshing delicious treat for summer cocktail hour!
- 8 oz white rum
- 2 oz fresh lime juice from about 1 lime
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1 peach to make 8 tablespoons of peach purée
- 8-12 ice cube
- 4 mint sprig for garnish
- 4 peach rose for garnish
Wash the peach. Carefully, peel it to get 4 single strips to create the peach flower garnishes.
Chop the peach and blend it in the blender to achieve a smooth purée.
Add in the rum, the lime juice, the simple syrup, and the ice to the peach purée. Blend on high.
Pour the mix in the glass of your choice. Garnish with a peach flower and a mint sprig.
