3chopped apples optional for skewering onto the meatballs
Instructions
Combine the meatballs, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, brown sugar and chopped apples (optional) into a slow cooker.
Cover the crockpot and cook over medium heat for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Reduce heat to low to keep warm and to let the meatballs soak up additional juices.
Skewer the meatballs with an apple chunk and drizzle with additional brown sugar to taste or serve them straight from the slow cooker to keep warm as well.
