Smoked Salmon Crisps Recipe

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 oz capers roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- 1 bag Kettle Brand Sea Salt Potato Chips
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix all cream cheese, capers, red onions and lemon juice into a small bowl and stir well. Add in the fresh ground pepper to taste.
Place a dollop of each cream cheese mixture on each chip.
Top it with a slice of smoked salmon.
