- 16 oz milk or dark chocolate chips
- 16 oz white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
- Mini marshmallows
- Graham crackers
Line a a casserole pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk or dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Quickly pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly to form a base. Let it harden and cool completely.
Repeat with the white chocolate chips. Quickly pour the melted white chocolate over the cool milk chocolate layer.
Garnish with mini marshmallows and sprinkles over the meled white chocolate.
Cool completely to allow the chocolate to set. You can also place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to allow the layers to harden.
Once firm, remove the parchment paper and gently break the bark into pieces.
Place a piece of bark on top of a graham cracker and microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
