S'mores Bark Recipe

Equipment

  • Casserole dish or baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave safe bowl

Ingredients

  • 16 oz milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers

Instructions

  • Line a a casserole pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk or dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Quickly pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly to form a base. Let it harden and cool completely.
  • Repeat with the white chocolate chips. Quickly pour the melted white chocolate over the cool milk chocolate layer.
  • Garnish with mini marshmallows and sprinkles over the meled white chocolate.
  • Cool completely to allow the chocolate to set. You can also place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to allow the layers to harden.
  • Once firm, remove the parchment paper and gently break the bark into pieces.
  • Place a piece of bark on top of a graham cracker and microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
