Strawberry Watermelon Margarita

- 2 1/4 oz blanco tequila
- 1 1/4 oz amber agave syrup
- 2 oz fresh watermelon juice
- 2 oz fresh strawberry juice
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 watermelon slice
- Salt for rimming
Salt the rim by pouring kosher salt onto a plate. Run a lime slice around the glass rim, then dip it into the salt.
Juice all the fruits: watermelon, strawberry and lime.
Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
Double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Add the watermelon slice garnish, serve, and enjoy!
