Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • large bowl
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Ice cream maker

Ingredients

  • 4 cup watermelon cubes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar free simple syrup or your preferred low-calorie sweetener
  • 4 oz Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 watermelon slice

Instructions

  • Blend the fresh seedless watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
  • Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any pulp or seeds. This step helps create a smoother sorbet texture, but you can skip it if you prefer a more rustic finish.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, water, simple syrup , and vodka. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20–25 minutes, or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  • Serve the watermelon vodka sorbet immediately for a soft, slushy texture, or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer scoop.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh watermelon wedges.
