I hope you all had a nice holiday weekend! We spent our time with a happy mixture of work and play. Yesterday being mostly play with a side of flash flood warnings, but you know!

We ended up just having a simple game night with friends. And I made this super quick and easy Funfetti Cake Batter dip combination for a light dessert spread.

Of course, you know I had to find at least three different pretty ways to serve it or else this wouldn’t be Casa Sugar & Cloth, right?!

If you’re following the recipe as is, be prepared to feed at least twenty people and you can take the bowl display route.

If you’re having a smaller crowd, you can cut the portions in half and whip up little mini servings in shot glasses with a spreader and cookies on the side.

I mean, I think that’s even cute enough to make Santa come out of hiding for a quick cookie chip, no?

How To Make No Bake Funfetti Cake Batter Dip

Now here’s why this recipe takes all of four seconds to make.

Literally all you have to do is toss everything together in a large bowl and stir it with a spoon.

How To Serve Your Dessert Dip

The trick to making the dip look picture perfect in a clear bowl is to make sure there are no air bubbles along the edges.

To do that, just make sure when you’re filling the bowl to press the spoon against the edges.

What To Serve With A Dessert Dip

My favorite combination with the Funfetti Cake Batter Dip are chocolate cookie chips. Just in case you’ve never tried cookie chips, I apologize in advance for your future addiction.

I gave my brother a bag to try, which he then saved for my Dad to try, which my dad then got for Grandmother to try, which means that we have a three whole generations of cookie chip addicts.

Here are perfect pairings for the cake batter dip —

  • Cookies
  • Pretzels
  • Fruit
  • Graham crackers
  • Animal crackers
  • Teddygrams
  • Vanilla wafers

    1. I can buy them at the local grocery store here, but they’re made by HannahMax Baking. So, so good!

  1. Oh God, it kills me visiting your blog ahhaha you always make me so hungry, and drooling over anything amazing you are doing. Have you ever considered opening a shop? People would most definitely love being able to have all that. A cake shop, or anything sweet, from drinks to cookies.. aah! i swear i would move if you did that!
