I tend to think tapioca pudding is an under-appreciated dessert. In fact, I actually think it’s a great, dessert for Summer (when served cool, especially when you add floral sprinkles to it), so I’m sharing a little homemade vanilla bean tapioca pudding recipe over on Freutcake today.
