Christmas Cookie Ice Cream Shots Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 scoop Christmas Cookie ice cream
- 1 oz white Crème de Cacao
- 1 oz creme de menthe omit for a non-alcoholic shot and subsitute it for 2oz of milk instead
- 5 drop green food coloring
- White sprinkles optional to rim the glasses
- Simple syrup optional to rim the glasses
Instructions
- Optional: Dip the rim of each shot glass in simple syrup. Then, dip the wet rim into white sprinkles to coat.
- In a blender or cocktail shaker, combine ice cream, white creme de cacao, Creme de menthe and food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended ice cream mixture into the prepared shot glasses. Serve immediately.
