Sparkling Strawberry Hibiscus Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz hibiscus tea
  • 1.75 oz gin or omit for a non-alcoholic drink
  • 0.75 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • Strawberry, grapefruit slice, edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries to a shaker with the hibiscus tea.
  • Muddle well.
  • Add gin if using, grapefruit, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Double strain into a highball glass with ice.
  • Top with soda water and stir. Garnish.
  • To make a pitcher for brunch or party, multiply the ingredients by the number of servings you want to have.
