Sparkling Strawberry Hibiscus Cooler Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz hibiscus tea
  • 1 3/4 oz gin or omit for a non-alcoholic drink
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 strawberry plus more for garnish
  • 1 grapefruit wedge for garnish
  • 1 edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries with the brewed hibiscus tea until the strawberries are well crushed.​
  • Add the grapefruit juice and simple syrup to the muddled mixture with ice. Shake until well combined and chilled​.
  • Double strain and pour the strawberry-hibiscus mixture into a glass with ice.
  • Top off with sparkling water. Gently stir to combine.​
  • Optional: :Garnish with a strawberry slice, grapefruit slice and edible flower. Serve immediately and enjoy!​
