- 2 oz hibiscus tea
- 1 3/4 oz gin or omit for a non-alcoholic drink
- 1 oz sparkling water
- 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 strawberry plus more for garnish
- 1 grapefruit wedge for garnish
- 1 edible flower for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries with the brewed hibiscus tea until the strawberries are well crushed.
Add the grapefruit juice and simple syrup to the muddled mixture with ice. Shake until well combined and chilled.
Double strain and pour the strawberry-hibiscus mixture into a glass with ice.
Top off with sparkling water. Gently stir to combine.
Optional: :Garnish with a strawberry slice, grapefruit slice and edible flower. Serve immediately and enjoy!
