Sparkling Orange Nojito Mocktail Recipe

Refresh and recharge with this an orange mojito or "nojito". A zesty blend of citrus, mint, and bubbles that's alcohol-free and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz IZZE Sparkling Clementine
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 tbsp rum extract optional for added mojito flavor
  • 10 mint leaves for muddling
  • 1 splash soda water

Instructions

  • Muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup, and rum extract in a cocktail glass.
  • Pour the sparkling clementine juice and lemon juice into the glass. Top it off with 2 splashes of soda water.
  • Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, and serve immediately!
