DIY Love Potion Bath Sets — As it turns out, I can’t quite let the opportunity of using tiny glass bottles for something pass me by. So I made DIY Love Potion Bath Sets!
As it turns out, I can’t quite let the opportunity of using tiny glass bottles for something pass me by.
So I decided to abuse Cupid’s holiday for my glass bottle obsession and turn them into DIY bath sets.
Not bad, eh? If I hadn’t made a scene of an intro about it you would have never known that I used Cupid for all he was worth…
Materials Needed To Make A DIY Love Potion Bath Set
Apothecary bottles — I found ours for $0.99 at Hobby Lobby. But you can also purchase them online or even use vintage glass bottles.
Glitter and glue — We used a gifted Martha Stewart Crafts Mini Valentine Glitter Set.
Gift Tags — Ours our gifted Martha Stewart Crafts Valentine Gift Tags.
Bubble bath
Muslin bags — Optional for gifting. I purchased mine from the Michael’s craft stores for only $5 for 12 bags.
How To Make A DIY Love Potion Bath Set
First, dip the tops of the corks in glue. Try to get a little bit of the sides also so that your cork can be completely covered at the top.
Then, sprinkle a different shade of glitter across each top and let it dry.
Fill each bottle with your choice of bath accessories.
Add a personalized gift tag, and they’re ready to give!

More people are going with classier fixtures and accessories in their bathrooms now than ever before. Your own bathroom should be a mini retreat and be equipped to give you both comfort and privacy. You want your bathroom to always be clean but even more than that, germ free. As a married man, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the majority of women consider the comfort of the bathroom as important as the bedroom which may explain why homes being built today have master bathrooms rival the size of bedrooms.’
