Sparkling Mint Meyer Lemonade (Cocktail & Mocktail)

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 ounces Gin
  • 1 1/2 ounces Meyer lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 ounce Champagne
  • 3 ounces Soda water
  • Mint sprig & meyer lemon slice, garnish

Mocktail

  • 3 ounces Sparkling apple cider
  • 1 ounce Meyer lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 ounce Soda water
  • Mint sprig & meyer lemon slice, garnish

Instructions

Cocktail

  • Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain into a collins glass with ice.
  • Top with champagne and soda water. Stir and garnish with mint sprig and meyer lemon slice.

Mocktail

  • Add all liquid ingredients to a glass with ice and stir.
  • Garnish with mint sprig and meyer lemon slice.
