Sparkling Mint Meyer Lemonade — Super excited to share one of our latest favorites, Sparkling Mint Meyer Lemonade! The perfect refreshing touch to any party or night in.

I like to keep things simple in January and February. No crazy infusions, tinctures or techniques, just uncomplicated cocktails. I, Ashley, think it is a nice break after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
These Sparkling Mint + Meyer Lemonade Cocktail + Mocktails are just about as simple as they come.
The fresh ingredients like the tangy sweet meyer lemons and fragrant mint are what make this cocktail shine and make for the prettiest garnishes. Sometimes simple is better!

Some people who are taking it easy after the holidays or participating in Dry January can enjoy this fizzy, citrusy concoction too.
Swapping out champagne for sparkling apple cider, although not the same flavor profile, still gives the drink a lot of depth and helps carry you through the dry month without feeling like you are depriving yourself of tasty drinks.
We wouldn’t what that, now would we?! There is no mocking with this mocktail, it’s just plain
There is no mocking with this mocktail, it’s just plain delicious. One tip that I have? Serve your drinks out of pretty glasses. Drinking out of pretty glasses makes you feel fancy, whether cocktails, mocktails, or just water!
If you are looking for an for an easy peasy tipple to whip up this weekend, these Sparkling Mint + Meyer Lemonade Cocktails, or mocktails, are the perfect lip-smacking recipe to start the year off!

Do you have a go-to simple cocktail? I think this might be my new favorite!
