They will totally share in my excitement/addiction! Actually my Aussie friend Lisa introduced me to them last year, and of course, the infamous Tim Tam Slam™.

Ingredients Needed for Sparkling Cold Brew
- Cold brew coffee: Save any leftovers to whip up a cereal milk cold brew.
- Sparkling vanilla bean soda: Available online or at grocery stores
- Unsweetened or sweetened condensed milk: Optional

How to Make Vanilla Bean Iced Coffee
1 — Combine cold brew coffee and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass with ice.
2 — Top with vanilla bean sparkling soda and (optional) a drizzle of condensed milk.
3 — Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

Recipe Notes and Tips
- For a stronger coffee flavor: Add more cold brew or use cold brew coffee concentrate.
- For a sweeter drink: Add more condensed milk or a spoonful of sugar.
- Experiment with different toppings to find your favorite combination: Top with whipped cream, a splash of vanilla extract, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for added flavor and sweetness.
- Cocktail shaker: You can omit the cocktail shaker and pour all the ingredients directly into the glass. We just prefer the cold brew to be extra chilled.
